Located on the Second Floor of the Club next to the Coffee Shop, the Swimming Pool Complex features a 25-metre five-lane outdoor swimming pool, plus three children's pools and cabanas with showers. There’s also a separate Sun Deck for sunbathing, plus two Jacuzzis at this wonderful oasis in the heart of Hong Kong.
Open 11 months of the year, the pool is heated in winter and cooled in summer. At certain times the pool is reserved for length swimmers and training sessions, where members of all ages can learn to swim or improve their technique with swimming lessons. The Club offers also a comprehensive programme of swimming classes for children from 6 months to 9 years and above.
The HKFC Swimming and Triathlon Society offers members the chance improve their swimming abilities and participate in races and competitions. The Society hosts and competes in swimming galas against other clubs in Hong Kong as well as open water swimming events ranging from 2km to 5km marathons. Early morning and evening training sessions are held at the pool and all HKFC members over 16 years of age who can swim at least 500m non-stop of any stroke can join the Society.
The Poolside Servery offers snacks and drinks, and its location next to the spacious Coffee Shop terrace means this is always an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors at the Club. The poolside is also a superb venue for informal evening barbecue buffet functions.
