BOWLING
INTEREST GROUP
The Club’s four tenpin bowling lanes are available for members and their families to enjoy a social game. Members who want a more competitive game can join the Bowling Interest Group. As a sanctioned club member of the Hong Kong Inter Club Tenpin Bowling Association (HKICTB), this group organises matches once a fortnight against other clubs, which opens up the Club’s Tenpin Bowling Alley to visiting teams and players from across Hong Kong.
Competitive Tenpin Bowling
The Bowling Interest Group also takes part in tenpin bowling tournaments with members representing the Club in competitions including the Hong Kong Open and the BOC Sports Festival.
Social Bowling
For members who would like to improve their game, weekly practice sessions with a Club coach are held in the Tenpin Bowling Alley on Thursday evenings.
Happy Striking
Bowlers of all levels are welcome to join the Bowling Interest Group. New members without experience will quickly learn the basic etiquette of bowling and some fundamental techniques. Top scoring members of the Bowling Interest Group will earn a prestigious place on the scoreboard in the Tenpin Bowling Alley.
