Our spacious Fitness Centre provides an assortment of exercise facilities with a vast array of cardiovascular exercise and free weight equipment and resistance machines, including cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes and much more.
The Club’s qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers provide a free one hour orientation programme in either English or Cantonese, to familiarise new users with the equipment. Personal training and health and lifestyle fitness consultations are also available on an individual or group basis.
The Club also organises innovative activities and events such as Fitness Challenges, a club-wide sports day, and these venues provide additional training facilities for various Sports Sections and Societies which include a running club, Dragonboat and Trailwalker teams.
