    Section Head (Restaurant and Bar)

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Job Summary  :

    • Assist and support the Sous Chef in supervising all junior staff.
    • Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
    • Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times.
    • Production of specialising requirements as required.

    Major duties and responsibilities  :

    • To assist Sous Chef in supervising junior staff to achieve the product quality standards required by the Club.
    • To ensure good liaison with peers and management.
    • To play a part in ensuring that your department operates efficiently and meets or exceeds member satisfaction.
    • To recommend improvements and changes to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chefs.
    • To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    • To promote a helpful and professional image to the members.
    • To give full co-operation to any member requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
    • To ensure members needs are anticipated to enhance service quality and thus, members satisfaction.
    • To ensure accurate and regular communication is taking place departmentally and interdepartmentally complying with the club policies in departmental meetings.
    • To ensure that company standards are adhered to and that all employees under your direction of control are trained to achieve standards required.
    • Supervise accurate preparation of products ensuring standards are maintained and developed.
    • Supervision and presentation of all work schedules for your area.
    • To plan and prepare concepts and menus. 

    Senior/ Sous Chef (Restaurant and Bar)

    Job Summary  :

    • To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
    • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen.
    • Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company.
    • Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time.

    Major duties and responsibilities  :

    • To train the junior staff members to standards required by the Club.
    • To ensure good liaison with peers and management.
    • To play a part in ensuring that your department operates efficiently and meets or exceeds members satisfaction.

    • To take responsibility for the day to day operation of the kitchen, making decisions when required.

    Senior Waiter/ Waitress/ Captain

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
    • Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary supplies
    • Able to multi-tasks and eyes for details
    • Works courteously and efficiently
    • Split Shift is required

    Job Requirements:

    • F.5 standard or certificate holder of F&B in IVE
    • Minimum of 3 years' food and beverage service experience in fine dining restaurant or similar outlets in hotels
    • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine preferably
    • Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Waiter/ Waitress

    Lifeguard

    Department: Sports

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool
    • Maintain life saving procedures
    • Knowledge of proper chemical handling
    • Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation regulations of swimming pools

    Job Requirements:

    • Form 5 Standard or equivalent life saving training
    • Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award
    • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
    • Pleasant, cheerful with good customer service skills
    • Good command of spoken English
    • Immediately available preferred

    Sports Attendant 體育及康樂助理

    Department: Sports

    Job Specifications:

    • Responsible to assists the Sports Officers to oversee the daily operations for the recreation and sports programmers in order to maximize utilization of all facilities.

    Job Requirements:

    • Post-secondary graduate or Certificate holder of Sports & Recreation
    • At least 1 years working experience preferably in hospitality industry
    • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
    • Excellence communication and interpersonal skill
    • Must be PC literate in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
    • Holder of First Aid/CPA certificate/ Pool Lifeguard Award is an advantage

    Fitness Centre Officer

    Department: Sports

    Job Description:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations in the Fitness Centre. Ensures equipment is operational.
    • Follow up with maintenance and repair of fitness equipment.
    • Be knowledgeable and enforce the bye-laws and regulations of the Fitness Centre.
    • To provide quality service and ensure that all Members receive courteous, prompt and professional attention.
    • Handle members’ complaints and inquiries.

    Job Requirements:

    • At least 3-4 years working experience, with minimum 1 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality industry, Club house or health club related industries.
    • Background in Fitness training or previous experience in a fitness setting, or personal training certifications.
    • Hard Working, good people skills & good communication skills 

    Graphic Designer

    Department: Digital and Communications

    The Graphic Designer helps create and manage digital and print designs for the Hong Kong Football Club’s needs. He/ she needs to manage all graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and generate creative ideas so as to ensure the design will promote the vision of the Club through high-quality graphic content.

    Responsibilities

    • To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have extensive knowledge and abilities to create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities:
      • Design layout, Club content, illustrations, and infographics including but not limited to the Club magazine, Annual Report as well as other related publications
      • Generate fresh concepts and manage graphic designs from conception to delivery
      • Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received
      • Liaising between project contributors to ensure deadlines are met
      • Review final production for errors and ensure that the final print reflects the Club’s specifications
      • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
    • Support development of new and renewed products, including print publications and digital related platforms like html, videos, animation…etc.
    • Proofread promotional materials and other materials as required
    • Maintain Hong Kong Football Club’s style guide
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design/ Multi-Media field or related discipline
    • Proven 1-2 years work experience in publishing and graphic design. Candidates who have Hospitality Industry work experience will be preferred
    • Portfolio with design projects
    • Experience working with web-based technology and management information systems
    • Proficiency in MAC operations (e.g. Indesign / Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Adobe Acrobat/ Animation)
    • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both written and oral, including having a professional and tactful demeanour
    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, determine priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Be team-oriented and also able to work on an independent basis.
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred
