Steward Attendant 洗碗服務員

Department: Food and Beverage
部門: 飲食部

Job Responsibilities 職責：

Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the dishes in the kitchen of The Club 負責會所一般餐廳碗碟和廚房的衛生清潔。

Requirements 要求：

Club/ Hospitality or related duties is preferred 具會所/ 酒店工作經驗優先
Good command of spoken Chinese, fair English, and Putonghua 流利粵語，略懂英語和普通話

Captain

Department: Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
Ability to multi-tasks and eyes for details
Works courteously and efficiently

Requirements:

Graduate in Hotel & Catering Management
Minimum 3 years’ F&B operations experience in similar capacity
Excellent communication skills in both English & Cantonese
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Senior Cook / Cook A

Department: Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities:

To help ensure smooth and efficient operation of the allocated section
Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities used
Ensure production of all food is completed to the members satisfaction and to the standards required by the company
Striving to delight or members and guests each and every time

Requirements:

At least 1 years’ relevant experience
Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
Self-motivated and positive working attitude

Changing Room Attendant 更衣室服務員

Department: Housekeeping
部門: 管家部

Job Responsibilities 職責：

To keep cleaningness and daily operation of the changing room area 保持更衣室範圍的清潔及日常運作。

Requirements 要求：

Club/ Hospitality or related duties is preferred 具會所/ 酒店工作經驗優先
Good command of spoken Chinese, fair English, and Putonghua 流利粵語，略懂英語和普通話
