    Job Specification

    • To handle, issue daily order and responsible for goods receipt
    • To assist in maintaining Storeroom operations such as stock replenishment, inventory control, month end stock take, keep all area clean & tidy..etc
    • To update and maintain data in computer systems
    • To assist Purchasing Officer to handle all ad-hoc requirement
    • To ensure Club’s Policies & Procedures are being followed

    Job Requirements

    • At least a Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in Hotel/Club preferably

    Junior Cook (Western Kitchen) 初級廚師 (西餐廚房)

    Senior Cook (Western Kitchen)

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Job Summary :

    1. To help ensure smooth and efficient operation of the allocated section
    2. Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities used.
    3. Ensure production of all food is completed to the members satisfaction and to the standards required by the company.
    4. Striving to delight or members and guests each and every time.

    Major duties and responsibilities

    1. To recommend improvements and changes to the immediate Section Head.
    2. To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    3. To promote a helpful and professional image to the client and colleagues.
    4. To give full co-operation to any member requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
    5. To ensure members needs are anticipated to enhance service quality and thus, client satisfaction.
    6. To ensure accurate and regular communication is taking place departmentally and interdepartmentally complying with the club policies on departmental meetings.
    7. Supervise accurate preparation of guest meals ensuring standards are maintained and developed.
    8. To ensure that all raw materials, supplies and Sundry items are ordered and stored correctly, maintaining high quality stock rotation and stock levels, control, security thus avoiding unnecessary wastage and ensuring expenditure is within budget and preventing stock shortages.
    9. To help ensure safety and hygiene standards maintained.
    10. To maintain satisfactory security of all company assets, cash, stock, equipment, fixtures and premises.
    11. To deal with members complaints or problems immediately and to take the necessary remedial action. Report any serious complaints, actions or problems to the kitchen management without delay.
    12. To train and develop all junior staff to company standards and participating in any training or career promotion development recommended by management.

    Sous Chef (Western Kitchen)

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Job Summary :

    1. To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the western kitchen.
    2. Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen.
    3. Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the company.

    1. To train the junior staff members to standards required by the Club.
    2. To ensure good liaison with peers and management.
    3. To play a part in ensuring that your department operates efficiently and meets or exceeds members satisfaction.
    4. To recommend improvements and changes to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
    5. To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    6. To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, making decisions when required.
    7. To assist in production of daily and weekly menus as required.
    8. To meet and follow hygiene policies and guidelines

    Senior Waiter/ Waitress

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
    • Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary supplies
    • Able to multi-tasks and eyes for details
    • Works courteously and efficiently
    • Split Shift is required

    Job Requirements:

    • F.5 standard or certificate holder of F&B in IVE
    • Minimum of 3 years' food and beverage service experience in fine dining restaurant or similar outlets in hotels
    • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine preferably
    • Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Waiter/ Waitress

    Stewarding Supervisor

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Summary of Duties

    • Supervise all stewarding attendants
    • Responsible for operating equipment, utensils and cleaning materials

    Major Responsibilities

    • Prepare duty roster for steward attendants
    • Arrange annual leave and statutory holiday
    • Stock control, requisition, storage
    • Assist with subordinate if necessary
    • Communicate with kitchen and restaurants' staff
    • Handle operation problem (Liaise with contractors, suppliers, Engineering, departments and report to superior)
    • Provide on-the-job training to subordinates
    • Patrolling back of house area
    • Supervising staff
    • Arrange casual labors
    • Schedule silverware burnishing
    • Check delivery items according to the event day.
    • Keep record for incoming/outgoing operation equipment
    • Promoting a climate of enthusiasm
      • By providing caring, motivating and rewarding environment
      • Deliver message clearly and positively
      • Ensure communicate well with all colleagues in the team effectively

    Periodic duties

    Part-time Lifeguard ($85/hour)

    Security Officer

    Department: Security

    Job Description:

    •  To identify Club members to enter the club premises
    • To perform patrols and ensure that security and order are being maintained in the Club premises

     Job Requirement:

    • Form 5 graduate or equivalent qualification
    • A minimum of 2 years' prior training and experience in security service
    • Able to speak fluent English and Cantonese and write simple English
    • Holder of valid security personnel permit is preferable
