    The Hong Kong Football club employs a staff of 310 people across a wide range of sports facilities management, food and beverage, administration, security, and other skills areas.

    Section Head (Sportsman's Bar/ Coffee Shop Kitchen)

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Job Summary :

    • Assist and support the Sous Chef in supervising all junior staff.
    • Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
    • Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times.
    • Production of specialising requirements as required.

    Major duties and responsibilities

    • To assist Sous Chef in supervising junior staff to achieve the product quality standards required by the Club.
    • To ensure good liaison with peers and management.
    • To play a part in ensuring that your department operates efficiently and meets or exceeds member satisfaction.
    • To recommend improvements and changes to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chefs.
    • To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    • To promote a helpful and professional image to the members.
    • To give full co-operation to any member requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
    • To ensure members needs are anticipated to enhance service quality and thus, members satisfaction.
    • To ensure accurate and regular communication is taking place departmentally and interdepartmentally complying with the club policies in departmental meetings.
    • To ensure that company standards are adhered to and that all employees under your direction of control are trained to achieve standards required.
    • Supervise accurate preparation of products ensuring standards are maintained and developed.
    • Supervision and presentation of all work schedules for your area.
    • To plan and prepare concepts and menus. 

    Senior Waiter/ Waitress

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
    • Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary supplies
    • Able to multi-tasks and eyes for details
    • Works courteously and efficiently
    • Split Shift is required

    Job Requirements:

    • F.5 standard or certificate holder of F&B in IVE
    • Minimum of 3 years' food and beverage service experience in fine dining restaurant or similar outlets in hotels
    • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine preferably
    • Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Waiter/ Waitress

    Lifeguard

    Department: Sports

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool
    • Maintain life saving procedures
    • Knowledge of proper chemical handling
    • Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation regulations of swimming pools

    Job Requirements:

    • Form 5 Standard or equivalent life saving training
    • Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award
    • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
    • Pleasant, cheerful with good customer service skills
    • Good command of spoken English
    • Immediately available preferred

    Sports Attendant 體育及康樂助理

    Department: Sports

    Job Specifications:

    • Responsible to assists the Sports Officers to oversee the daily operations for the recreation and sports programmers in order to maximize utilization of all facilities.

    Job Requirements:

    • Post-secondary graduate or Certificate holder of Sports & Recreation
    • At least 1 years working experience preferably in hospitality industry
    • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential
    • Excellence communication and interpersonal skill
    • Must be PC literate in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
    • Holder of First Aid/CPA certificate/ Pool Lifeguard Award is an advantage

    Part-time Lifeguard ($85/hour)

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool

    Housekeeping Supervisor 管家部督導

    Department: Housekeeping

    Job Specifications:

    • Supervision of a large team of Staff to ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of all public areas in the Club are kept to the required standard

    Job Requirements:

    • Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Minimum of 5 years' housekeeping service experience
    • Knowledge of cleaning machineries and equipment
    • Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented

    Store and Ordering Clerk

    Department: Accounts

    Job Specification

    • To handle, issue daily order and responsible for goods receipt
    • To assist in maintaining Storeroom operations such as stock replenishment, inventory control, month end stock take, keep all area clean & tidy..etc
    • To update and maintain data in computer systems
    • To assist Purchasing Officer to handle all ad-hoc requirement
    • To ensure Club’s Policies & Procedures are being followed

    Job Requirements

    • At least a Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in Hotel/Club preferably
    • Holder of relevant Certificates/ Diploma
    • Ability to multi-tasks and fast pace learner

    Restaurant Chef

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Responsibilities

    • Good knowledge of European food culture.
    • Responsible for the supervision of kitchen staff, ensuring that service is kept to the highest standards required.
    • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchens.
    • Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction.
    • Servicing and interacting with supporting department.
    • To recommend improvements and changes to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
    • To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    • On menu proposals, ensuring costings are accurate and within budget.
    • To be constantly aware of competition and market trends.
    • To meet and follow hygiene policies and guidelines
    • Motivation of self and subordinates.

    Requirements

    • At least 10 years chef experience in F&B industry on European cuisine.
    • Good knowledge of culinary trends and ability to create new concepts and menus.
    • Experience in Michelin star restaurant and fine dining restaurant is a must.
    • Strong business sense and operational, administrative and social skills.
    • Strong leadership with good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
    • Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
    • Good hygiene knowledge
