Located close to the Indoor Lawn Bowls Green, Sports Hall, Fitness Centre and Squash Centre, the Captain’s Bar is the ideal place for a snack and a drink after a workout or game.
With a menu of nutritious juices, sports and health drinks, alongside a choice of snacks and sandwiches, this is an ideal place to refuel, a place for a quick (or sometimes long!) post-match debate over a few drinks with team mates and opponents.

- Soiled clothing, and sleeveless shirts or singlets for men, are not permitted at any time.
Children must vacate facilities within the Club Premises in accordance with the following Schedule:

- Under 11 Years of Age: Closure with an adult

- 11 to 15 Years of Age: Up to 9am on their own and closure with an adult

- Over 15 Years of Age: Closure
