  • Swimming and Triathlon

The HKFC Swimming and Triathlon Society was formed in 2002 and offers competition, intensive training, technique improvement and social activities related to both swimming and triathlon.

    The Facility

The Club’s 25-metre 5-lane outdoor pool (heated in winter and cooled in summer) is open eleven months of the year. Current swim squad sessions (catering for all levels and abilities) are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6.30 - 8.00am, and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30 – 9.00pm, with an additional session on Saturday afternoons in open water. Sessions are coached by Lloyd McBean, following a structured training programme with regular advice on technique improvement. The Society hosts and competes in galas against other clubs in Hong Kong as well as open water swimming events ranging from 1.5km to 15km marathons.

    The Club

Hong Kong Swimming and Triathlon Society is a Hong Kong Triathlon Association affiliated club. The Triathlon group, launched in June 2011, offers specific and targeted sessions to athletes of all levels.

The Society currently has more than 80 adult members and 30 junior members. We welcome new members over 16 years of age who can already swim 500m of any stroke non-stop, to join and improve.
