On 8th July, the BIG team was joined by a number of club members in the 9-pin No Tap Fun Game. It was an enjoyable evening with plenty of laughter and strikes! Emy Clarke, scoring 3 games of 209, 241 and 264, won the competition with an impressive 714 total pinfall. With 30 handicap points given to ladies, she won by over 100 points. Emy is no doubt our most valuable and consistent BIG player. Charles Li, scoring a high game of 251 and 642 total pinfall, was 1st runner up. Sam Pijpers, our new joiner, was 2nd runner up with a total pinfall of 614. Congratulations to the winners!
The high game of 277 belonged to Sam Pijpers who achieved 9 strikes in a roll. Everyone was holding their breath for a 300 perfect score which was missed by a narrow margin. It was definitely the highlight of the evening. Well done Sam, and wish you better luck next time.
