Some of the finest state-of-the-art facilities for sport and recreation you can find.

When the Club had the opportunity to build an entirely new complex in 1995, it took that opportunity to create some of the finest state-of-the-art facilities for sport and recreation you can find. Modern facilities, constantly developed and improved, and covering a broad range of sports and recreation, make Hong Kong Football Club unique in Hong Kong.

However, it is not merely the ‘bricks and mortar’, that make this such a great Club. It is as much what goes on in those facilities, the activities of our Sports Sections, the training, coaching and programmes of events that are held and, generally, the fun and enjoyment of our Members.

    Other Facilities

    Children’s Playrooms

The Club currently has two separate Children’s Playrooms both of which are located on the first floor. The Playrooms provide a wide range of equipment, both for fun as well as for a bit of education, for young children up to the age of 8 years of age or under. And, the Playrooms are open daily from 8am to 10pm which means parents have a wide time-frame in which to be able to bring their young children to come and enjoy the Club’s play facilities.

    Car Park

Located close to the Causeway Bay main shopping area, there is easy access to the Club by MTR, bus, tram and taxi. For Members' convenience the Club also provides a dedicated covered car park providing 165 car park spaces at ground level either side of the Club main entrance. This car park is managed by an automatic access control system and by Club security, and is available for daily parking when visiting the Club, on a 7-day a week basis, to those Members who purchase a car park access card.

In addition, on non-horse racing days, there are additional spaces provided one level down in the Hong Kong Jockey Club Car Park for a maximum of three hours.

These include a set of changing rooms for the outdoor Soccer/Rugby and Astro-turf pitches, one for the Squash Centre, Indoor Lawn Bowls and Fitness/Sports Theatre facilities, and another attached to the Swimming Pool Complex. All of these facilities, which are staffed by full-time attendants, provide lockers, showers and toilets, and Members are supplied with clean hand and shower towels.

The Changing Rooms within the Swimming Pool Complex also offer Members, in both the Male and Female Changing Rooms, the additional luxury of sauna and steam facilities.
