Another Club anniversary special, now to remain as a regular feature at the bar counter.

Back in the 1800s, a different snack was available to saloon-goers: hard-boiled eggs. The point, then, was to offer some sustenance to counter cocktails so patrons wouldn’t get sloppily drunk, but the eggs were also there to make people thirsty enough to order more drinks.

Now, nary a hard-boiled egg – with shell – can be found on bars. Except at Sportsman's Bar.

Choose from our Tried & True Traditional, Crazy Curry or Beastly Beetroot flavours, only HK$18.86 for 2 pieces (rounded to $18, we’re just celebrated the Club’s anniversary of opening in 1886)
