Negroni Week was founded in 2013 by Portland-based “liquid culture” magazine Imbibe and spirits giant Campari America. It has since expanded to more than 12,000 participating bars and restaurants around the world, and to date, they have collectively raised nearly $3 million USD for charitable causes.
This year, the Club’s mixologist Patrick Jr will prepare the classic negroni as well as the americano and a few creative variations of the negroni for you to try.
And for every one of these cocktails ordered, the Club will be donating $3 each to the Negroni Week charity fund.
