The North Face Lake Sonoma 50 Mile was held in California on 9th April 2022. With a brutal 10,500 ft D+ over the 50-mile course, the event is known to attract the best ultra-trail runners. Caitriona took 2nd place with a time of 7:37:59.
With a time of 2:41:07, Caitriona went on to set a new women’s course record at 2022 Regeneron Great Limerick Run Marathon, Ireland on 1st May 2022.
On 28th May 2022, Caitriona finished 1st Woman at the Spartan Half Marathon on Lamma Island.
