Valiant effort by our 4 HKFC U11 squads at King’s Park! Results included 3W from FC1 against Sandy Bay, Valley Fort and South Lantau Buffalos. FC2 was hit with injuries as two key props and a second-row missed time with strong efforts against Pirates, Tigers and Stingrays. FC3 and FC4 wrapped up the afternoon with both sides garnering 2W for and 1L against vanquishing the Stingrays (SKS3), Tigers (USRC2), Monkeys and Valley Fort (VF2)! Overall results 7W-5L with 40 tries for and 29 against.

Strong running up forward by Cas, Kai, Maxi and Matthew for FC1. Silas brought gritty tackling to FC2 with Lughaidh as field general at scrum-half. Felix rampaged through the opposition with Jason slashing and dashing through the defence for FC3. The FC3 boys brought their best effort of the year and showed the results of their training come to fruition on the pitch. Tane brought great energy up front for FC3 and in support of FC4 where Nicolas brought the muscle and Oscar brought the hustle! FC4 impressed in their last game with a win against VF2 scoring four and holding the opposition to only one try.

All the boys showed great heart, commitment and comradely showcasing HKFC team spirit throughout the day! Big thanks to all the coaches, who brought the best out of the boys bring top-notch, clean rugby to the festival!
