HKFC Bowlers Shine at National Championship Finals Day - Winter 2019

    31 Jul 2020

The outbreak of coronavirus has brought unprecedented interruptions to not only the local bowls season but also competitions around the globe.   Despite the headwind, the deferred staging of the 2019 National Championship Winter Finals Day on 25th June this year did not undermine the electrifying performances of the Club bowlers.  Our star players captured one champion and two runner-up titles, including:

    • Camilla Leung crowned as the defending Champion of National Women’s Singles
    • Warren Cheung as the Runners-up in National Men’s Singles
    • Terry Kung and Patrick Choi as the Runners-up in National Men’s 2-4-2 Pairs

The games took place at United Services Recreation Club with live broadcasting online.   Replay is also available on YouTube.   Don’t miss the nail-biting game between Warren and Imen Tang of CCC.
