    Fitness Centre

    OPENING HOURS

    Monday to Friday
    6:30am to 10:00pm

    Weekends and Public Holidays
    6:30am to 9:30pm

    Our spacious Fitness Centre provides an assortment of exercise facilities with a vast array of cardiovascular exercise and free weight equipment and resistance machines, including cross trainers, treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bikes and much more. 

    The Club’s qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers provide a free one hour orientation programme in either English or Cantonese, to familiarise new users with the equipment. Personal training and health and lifestyle fitness consultations are also available on an individual or group basis. 

    The Club also organises innovative activities and events such as Fitness Talk and these venues provide additional training facilities for various Sports Sections and Societies which include a running club and Trailwalker teams.

    Fitness Centre Etiquette

    • Abusive or provocative language is not allowed.
    • Please refrain from yelling or sudden outburst.
    • Please be considerate when moving or talking.
    • Phone should not be used.
    • Wear appropriate clothing (no chinos / jeans, no open-toed shoes / flip flops / crocs shoes).
    • Please wipe down gym equipment before and after use.
    • Re-rack your weights and tidy-up your equipment after use.
    • Do not slam or drop weights on the floor.
    • Use of cardio equipment is limited to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
    • Resting on any resistance machine between sets should be avoided when others are waiting to use.
    • Weight collars must be used with all barbell exercise.
    • Floor exercise is not allowed in the free weight area.
    • Remove shoes when using the exercise mat.
    • Please always follow the staff’s instructions.
