    The Club and AMindset have partnered to host exclusive seminars and workshops to spread awareness of the challenges facing our parents and youth. 

    14 January: Navigating the Digital World: Supporting Healthy Self-Esteem in Young People
    Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools to help young people thrive in the digital age. This workshop examines the influence of social media on body image, mood, and identity, offering practical strategies for cultivating healthy self-esteem and promoting positive online behaviours. Learn how to navigate the challenges of social media and empower young people to develop a strong sense of self-worth.

    18 March: Beyond the Game: Nurturing Resilient and Confident Young Athletes
    Help young athletes build the mental strength they need to thrive both on and off the field! This workshop equips young people with the tools to navigate performance pressure, bounce back from confidence dips, develop resilience, and confidently manage peer comparisons. Discover effective strategies for developing mental toughness, cultivating a positive mindset, and achieving optimal performance with a balanced approach.

    20 May: Positive Sports Parenting: Helping Young Athletes Thrive Without Overwhelm
    Discover the secrets to positive sports parenting! This workshop equips parents and carers with practical strategies for encouraging young athletes without adding undue pressure. Learn how to create a supportive and encouraging environment, foster a love of the game, and help young athletes reach their full potential while prioritising their well-being and enjoyment.
