Changes to the Club Guest Policy
From Monday 9th March, the club will be trialling the following changes to enhance the member experience. These changes will be assessed in August, with a view to continue, or modify based on feedback from members.

*A Member may apply to Management for Guests to use the Bowling Greens. Management may, at its discretion, permit Guests to use the Bowling Greens. Any application can be for a maximum of three Guests only.
Club Bye Law
3.4 GUESTS
1. (a) Subject to Bye-law 3.2.2, Members and the Partners and Children (of at least 16 years of age) of such Members may invite Guests into the Club, but must abide by these Bye-laws and Schedule 3.2 as below.
(b) For the purposes of the Bye-laws, and the Schedule, Guest numbers are per Account Number.
(c) Notwithstanding restrictions at Peak Periods, as set out in Schedule 3.2 as below, single Members may bring one Guest during Peak Periods.
2. (a) Temporary Members (with the exception of Absent Members temporarily visiting the Club) and Overseas Corporate Associates are not permitted to invite Guests into the Club.
(b) Temporary Registered Players and Secondary Carers are not permitted to invite Guests into the Club.
3. A Child, or Junior Associate, under 16 years of age is not permitted to invite Guests into the Club to use sports facilities.
4. Members, and their Partner or Children (of at least 16 years of age) must accompany their Guests at all times whilst they are on the Club Premises and shall be responsible for the conduct of their Guests, which must be in accordance with the Articles and Bye-laws.
5. Visiting teams, Registered Temporary Members and other non-Member players are deemed to be the Guests of the host team captain/convener, who shall be responsible for their conduct.
6. A Member, the Partner or Child (of at least 16 years of age) thereof or team captain/convener shall escort their Guest(s) from the Club Premises upon being so requested by Management or any Committee Member if, in the opinion of such person, the conduct of such Guest(s) is inappropriate.
7. The Changing Rooms may be used by Guests in conjunction only with the use of the Club’s sporting facilities or Club events.
8. Notwithstanding these Bye-laws, Management may, at its discretion, permit a person to use any facility of the Club at any time.
