Transition to Priority Online Sports Facility Booking
The online facility booking system was launched over two years ago, to provide our members a convenient, efficient, and easily accessible way to book your preferred facilities. Online bookings are available from 8am daily, seven days in advance.
To encourage more members to use this system, we will be introducing a priority online booking process starting 7th April 2025. From this date, manual bookings at the Sports Desk or via phone will be accepted from 8:30am onwards.
By using our online system, you can enjoy the benefits of 24/7 access, instant confirmation, and easy management of your bookings. We encourage you to take advantage of this system to enhance your overall experience at our Club.

Simply log in to your HKFC member account – then you can start to make bookings for the next seven days. You can also easily manage your bookings and view your past booking history.

Both phone-in and walk-in bookings are still available. Sessions may be booked in-person and by telephone from 8:30am – 10pm.
Sessions for all sports can be booked up to one week in advance and are opened for booking at 8am daily.
HOW TO BOOK A SPORTS FACILITY?
- Log in to your account and click “Facilities Bookings”. Select Sports Facility.
- Select date from the booking calendar.
- Select the preferred venue and timeslot.
- Check the booking details and notes on cancellation before you press “Confirm”.
- Booking is confirmed and you will also receive an email confirmation.
HOW TO MANAGE OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?
- Go to “My Account” and press “Booking History”.
- View and manage your booking.
- You can cancel the booking by clicking “Cancel”.
